Where is my Alien Gear Supply shipped from?

All orders are shipped directly from the TLP Outpost on the South Side of Chicago. Everything is crafted, pressed, and packed by hand.

How long does shipping take?

Most gear is pressed and ships within 7-10 business days. Exclusive drops, preorders, or high voltage items may take a little longer. You'll get tracking as soon as your package enters the atmosphere.

Are all the items made on demand?

Yes, absolutely. Each piece is produced the moment an order comes through. You’re getting something made specifically for you, not old stock sitting in a box.

What is your return/ exchange policy?

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or the wrong size, reach out within 7 days of arrival. We’ll recalibrate your order and make it right.
